Welcome to Equal Time, Jenner & Block’s 2024 Diversity Report

Since our founding in 1914, Jenner & Block has been a leader in the fight for civil rights and social justice. From Lawrence to DACA, and from the Name Change Project to post-Dobbs litigation, Jenner has played—and continues to play—a key role in some of the most critical civil rights legal battles of our time. We take deep pride in setting the gold standard for commitment to social justice in our profession.

Now in its 23rd year, Equal Time recognizes the work we have engaged in over the past year, and the stories inspire us as we continue to strive for equality and fairness inside the courtroom and within our communities. In this report, you’ll discover our firm’s ongoing efforts to advance the causes of the historically underrepresented, to lead in DEI, and to advocate for civil rights and social justice.
